Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) studied for its activity within the growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) signaling pathways. Research has examined its influence on body composition, visceral adipose tissue, lipid metabolism, hepatic fat accumulation, and broader metabolic processes.
As a GHRH analog, tesamorelin is of particular research interest for investigating endogenous growth hormone secretion and the relationship between GH/IGF-1 signaling, adipose tissue distribution, metabolic regulation, and body composition.
